Thanks for your reply Gordon. It's very helpful to hear from people who have already done what we are planning on doing.

Also, I like your philosophy on the buy low/sell high premise, we're hoping for something along those lines as well. We would never have been able to buy the genetics we have today the way the prices were in the industry, say, five years ago.
