The opening of the Canadian border on March 7 is for salughter /feeder cattle only. No Breeding cattle will be allowed to cross, also no animals over the age of 30 months will cross. This might allow slaughter cervids to cross, but breeding animals would not cross. Hunting bulls would probably be considered breeding animals as they are not going directly to an approved slaughter.
