Be honest - before May 20, 2003, we had reciprocal trade in elk livestock between Canada and the United States. All indications to date are that we will return to that same situation - "All BSE- related restrictions on cervids will be removed". Can someone email me the Protocol that will apply to movement of elk to Canada after March 7? I'd like to compare it to the most recent one I have in my files, then respond in greater detail.
