Yes Joe, that is possible. Both our Canadian lawyer and our American lawyer are very aware of our desire to be as integrated as possible so there would be no restrictions due to potential members' address.
Understand that you would be covered under Sk securities laws which may vary slightly from those in the State in which US incorporation takes place.
Once NORELKCO begins to move some product we believe it will be MUCH easier to sell the concept to American producers -- follow the path, avoid the pitfalls. Personally I expect that to get going in earnest this summer.
